History

Tsunami REACH was founded in the Commonwealth of Virginia on February 2, 2005 by Donald A. Stevens, a business owner trained as an Architect and licensed as a builder in three states, who saw the immediate need to provide long term, environmentally friendly building solutions in order to properly rebuild Sri Lanka. Mr. Stevens, along with his partner A. Crosby Wood, owners of Stucc On Steel, LLC of Virginia have pledged the full use of their Light-Gauge Steel & High-Strength Structural Stucco Building System free of any royalties and licensing fees until February 2010.
